Michael Youngman

A Certified Project Management Professional and Chartered Engineer with over 20 years experience specialising in the design, delivery and assurance of major transformational programmes in the Public Sector. Michael has established and delivered programmes and IT transformational projects for clients including Transport for London, Department for Transport, DVLA, DECC, and the MOD, local authorities and other executive agencies.

He applies these skills working with startup companies establishing innovative ideas, often helping them gain grant funding and finance. He has director roles in startups including Blispa, the beacon app company and Hubl, the Cambridge delivery company radically changing the logistics delivery model.

Gerry Gallagher

Gerry has extensive Public Sector experience in both central and local government, gained working for IBM, PwC, CSC Computer Sciences, Deloitte and Hewlett Packard. He specialises in programme management and assurance of large complex IT transformation programmes with a focus on ERP implementations and infrastructure. In recent years he has concentrated on Cloud computing. At the Cabinet Office he was responsible for the development of the G-Cloud Vision as part of the Government’s ICT Strategy.

David Brownbridge

A Chartered Engineer with PRINCE2™, MSP™ and agile certifications and wide and varied programme management experience of £1M-£5M programmes/projects. He delivers complex IT solutions to clients and business, working on complex technical change programmes, products and projects.  He builds effective teams from scratch, working in matrix managed teams with external suppliers. He has recent experience at Symantec providing cloud-based email and web security services.

Marie Youngman

Marie is a strategic policy maker with significant project management skills, Marie has experience in research, design and delivery of a number of high profile public sector projects including the Greater London Low Emission Zone and Congestion Charging schemes, promotion of electric vehicles and projects in the NHS.  With over 10 years experience in policy making and stakeholder management, Marie connects people across disciplines and management levels to get policy and projects delivered.

Her writing skills are invaluable in the creation of grant applications and funding documentation.

Zyg Rakowicz

A Qualified Project Manager, Chartered Accountant and interim senior operations manager Zyg has over 17 years consulting experience working for Deloitte with clients in the private, public and third sectors. A track record of delivering improved service performance and reduced costs through process redesign, organisational restructuring, new ways of working, better financial management and use of IT. He is personable and highly focused working effectively at all levels up to Board.

Merlin Gardner

Merlin’s experience spans IT strategy, process design, requirements definition and procurement through to project and programme management and technology assurance, using both ‘agile’ and traditional delivery approaches.  A committed professional, he has a track record of delivery in complex and challenging environments, such as at the Home Office, the Ministry of Justice and the Metropolitan Police. Experienced at Board level, he brings strong interpersonal skills and a structured approach to solving technology challenges.
